For its return, the Culin’Art exhibition continues to mark its desire to engage travellers with the beauty of Vietnam. Our leadership commissions Saigon-based acclaimed artist Bridget March to be the talented artist to collaborate with the culinary talents of InterContinental Nha Trang. Together, they will marry colours, flavours and emotions to create a landmark exhibition of paintings of Vietnam complemented by an artistic dining innovation. The event will showcase the harmonious display of photographic and culinary arts which compose the diverse, colourful and exotic ingredients from around Vietnam from 11 March to 20 April 2017.
In all, 21 original works created by Bridget March will be exhibited across in the hotel’s public area and will illustrate the beautiful diversity of subjects that have caught her eye throughout her 4 year journey around Vietnam, capturing the spirit and light of the three very distinct regions. Bridget's books and artworks will be for sale throughout the exhibition. The exhibition will openly display in Hotel Lobby and free for public entrance.
In conjunction with the fine artworks, the Culin’Art in 2017 also presents each guest with a menu of innovative dishes in the high tea menu. These creative dishes are infused with the tastes of Vietnam. Then combined with meticulous preparation, the skillful culinary team at Cookbook Cafe will prepare delicacies from the North, South and Central regions taking you on a culinary journey through beautiful Vietnam.
Culin’Art is a prominent exposure of the Intercontinental's annual project to support destination and local community which clearly indicates the importance and effect of creative partnership between commercial organization and the art makers. They aim for every best result possible in the organisation of every Culin’Art event with the hope that its ongoing effort will be a unique contribution to the development of the community in Nha Trang.
